I truly consider Mr Siddhant Bist as my Guru , not only because he is my fitness trainer but because I have learnt a lot from him which has helped me in my professional and personal life as well.

I believe everyone knows about his training skills and commitment, today I want to share my views on his Credibility his Dedication and his Honesty and how these qualities helps us in our personal life.I have been into gyming and fitness since a long time, atleast 17-18 years from now .... previously due to some wrong postures and getting lifted heavy weights thru untrained trainers High Blood Pressure caught me.Which made me stay away from weight lifting for 6-7 years. Around these years I couldn’t find any trainer who could undersand my medical condition and train me accordingly. Once I happened to meet – Mr Siddhant Bist, after his counselling I thought to give a try with him. And then he made a special subjective program for me, keeping my medical condition in mind.After joining him I realised he is so much like me .... Extremely dedicated and Honest towards his work .. and extremely credible.
I want to share some incidences:
I remember once in between of my 12 weeks program one day gym was shut due to some reason,
I was sleeping late in morning and door bell rang and to heights of my surprise Sir was there .. at my place. He made me do workout in my house using the resources available.. this made me realise that to be dedicated its so important to Love your profession. This increased my dedication towards the program as well .. I realised that this man is putting in so much efforts for me .. I should not let him down.Similar incident happened on the third day of my training .. Sir called me 5 mins prior to my slot to ask me where am I, I was getting late by 10 mins .. I told him that I would reach 5 mins late, m stucked somewhere. When I reached gym I saw him waiting for me in Parking .. he told me that he got restless and couldn’t wait more for me .. after 5 mins (as I committed) so he was waiting for me downstairs .. because today workout is a bit lengthy ..... Since that day, until today .. I have always come before my slot only. And have incorporated this in my life .. this makes us understand that our being unpunctual may affect many people in many ways. Once I remember, I had to travel early in morning, he adjusted slots of all his clients and called me at gym at 5:30 and made me workout .. I remember doing Cardio at my home even at 1 am and 2 am cause of his continuous follow-ups.Sometimes I have observed that despite of his being a schedule of 6am to…
They hold much more than that.let me elaborateSiddhant sir-a man made up of principles,strong will power,immense dedication and utmost sincerity. First I saw him was in the gym while he was training his client....he was wearing his t-shirt with d name "transformation trainer" written on the back...i found the name so impressive,i couldn't stop wondering how he transforms people. Then when i joined him i got the most amazing experience of how he transforms.....not only the person on the physical aspect,with weight loss and muscle building,but everything about a persons lifestyle is touched by his magic....and changed for d best.On the conscious and subconscious level..i ended up inculcating words like dedication motivation,discipline,fitness positivity sincerity in my mind and heart. With siddhant sir i not only lost kgs and inches off my body but lost all bad food habits,bad sleep cycles,indicipline regarding fitness...and all physical ailments which were coz if unfit body.His training results have spurred me on to keep my diet,and as a consequence i felt lighter and stronger.thus gaining a fit body,disciplined lifestyle and loads of positivity and confidence in abundance.

Transformation trainer--these words does not indicate a professional trainer..coz he is not one..he is a trainer from d heart...he puts in his hard work with all his emotions in a client,he understands a person individually,with patience listens to all problem and handles accordingly...he always considers client as a friend and develops that rapport too..which helps in the emotion strengthening...he makes us so comfortable that gymmming ends up as a stress buster fun time wherein we gain strength and happiness along with hard core training…
while I was under him, it has now become a permanent habit and I’m surely living a healthy lifestyle. I have never been trained under a trainer as positive and as motivating as him. He is just the right place that can make you believe there’s still hope and gives you the result you have always desired for. Believe him blindly and there’s no target you can’t achieve. Trust me nothing gives you more pleasure than fitting into smaller sizes.

Defining my association and relation with Siddhanth sir in a few words is not at all an easy
task. It was a journey which had ups and downs, moments where my body gave up, times
when I decided to take rest for a while and significantly, occasions when my patience was
tested. As a period of one year is not short at all, there were times when I was short of
confidence and belief.
My relationship with sir is not just of a teacher and a student, but it is something much more
than that, something for which words will definitely fall short. It was a journey where I was
kept constantly motivated on every single day, in every possible way. It was a journey of
carving a fit body and forgetting what fat is all about. It was a journey where I was given
guidance and advice of such remarkable, distinguished and powerful nature that, at any cost
will stay with me till the day I die.
A journey where eventually there were no cravings for junk or spicy, a journey where there
were no longings for my favourite food joints. A journey which made me unquestionably
choose the best to carve out a fit and healthy body, which made me eat clean, which made
healthy not a daily routine, but a habit, journey which offered me a way of living, to be
precise. From the most unfit person in the family, I became the fittest of all, a source of
motivation for many in the family. In simple words, it has been a journey which has changed
my life forever.
The most essential thing that I can never fail to mention; the amount of determination and
confidence this journey has eventually filled me with, will stay with me forever. Wherever I
go, whichever path I choose, wherever my life leads me to, I know one thing for sure, I will
give my hundred percent to whatever I choose! This is what sir has ultimately taught me. The
path of shedding 30 kilos was not planned in advance, but it was his assurance, direction and
daily guidance which ultimately made me what I am today! The journey has taught me a very
important lesson in life, it made me believe that nothing can be achieved at once. It is the
constant hard work of every single day that put together, will eventually lead you to what you

Like lunges and legs exercises. He combined these regular training session with cardio and diet (Weight Watchers plus an endless supply of nutrition, patience and support from my already fit, trainer). Soon the pounds and my irrational fear of having my brain eaten were melting away.
Then , again Sir got into the action. He increased the intensity of my weight lifting and started carving me up like a turkey on the last days in October. Suddenly my arms were all swollen and veiny. Which sounds kind of gross and might be appetizing to zombies, but looks super badass. Long story short, in just over few months with him I’ve dropped over few pounds. Probably more, since I know I’ve packed on a considerable amount of zombie-killing muscle. And I’ve never felt better in my life. ‘Sup. I can throw my kids around no problem. I mean…I don’t, but I can. And when strange people talk to me, I’m pretty sure they aren’t doing it out of pity.
Now I’m addicted, setting new goals for strength, speed and overall fitness. Yesterday, I did 300 push-ups on a giant pile of burning cars while wolves howled tribute to me in the distance, just kidding . Those last two bits only happened in my head, but the push-up thing is totally real. Because at the end of the day (or anytime really), it’s not just about my kids or strange people or the wolves. I was never muscular nor fat at
the end of my student life around 2013. Thus was the time I started leading a sedentary lifestyle
involving a lot of sitting down at work. Eventually, I started gaining weight. I got married, had a
kid and in no time i was heavy by almost 10-12 kgs with fat oozing out from all the places.
I had joined gym several times in my life and trained with several personal trainers but was
never regular and never got results. The trainers didnt care much if I was regular or not. I came
to know about Siddhant Sir through a mutual friend on facebook who had trained with him and
captions like ‘TRANSFORMATION TRAINER’ 12 weeks , 8 weeks results caught my fascination
and I followed through with reviews on him and words like amazing, awesome , best trainer
ever, dedicated were repetitive in all. It got me curious. When I was in college I had followed an
online gym plan called ‘Transformassacre’ designed by a foreign trainer and I always yearned
for a good dedicated trainer at a local gym. It ended with Siddhant Sir. I watched his videos of
group exercises and read a few testimonials and I was determined to train under him. Despite
being far from my place, I joined Gold’s gym but he was in Africa for the next 6 months. As
usual, I didnt go to the gym for a week even.
It was March when I heard he is starting Transformation 2.0, I immediately met him and
expressed my interest. I was impressed at his depth of knowledge regarding fitness. I started
my 12 week program from April. We began with a counselling session and a fitness test to
assess my fitness level. He customized my diet according to my body type and goal and
provided me with a grocery list. The efforts he put in from the beginning got me very excited
for the upcoming 12 weeks. After a week, I knew I was in safe hands and if I follow his
instructions religiously, results are certain. The new diet along with workout led me to feel
lighter, stronger and I began losing almost one kilogram per week. It was only possible due to
his constant follow ups on diet and insisting on sending every meal image to him. This is the
highest level of dedication one can get. Despite his 6 am to 9 pm working hours, he takes out
time to follow up with every client individually for diet and it inspired me to be more focussed
on the goal.
If you are determined to get fit, build muscle or lose fat, he is the guy. I started at 75.8 kg with a
body fat percentage of 35% and I lost 11 kg and came down to 21% body fat, it was possible
due to the workout, diet and daily dose of motivation by Siddhant Sir. He not only provides
expert training but also connects emotionally as a friend, a mentor and a motivator who is
willing to take any extra efforts just to make sure you workout and get results. Being flexibility
of gym slot or help with supplements or nutrition, he will leave no stone unturned. At times
when I felt low, he would take extra efforts and send me motivational gym videos and make
sure I achieve my goal and do not deviate. He has knit together a team consisting of his clients
which takes motivation to another level, a fitness ecosystem.
I have joined him again, this time for muscle gain program and I am sure I would be writing

On starting personal training with Siddhant, first he made me disciplined to come to the gym on a daily basis and then started making me work harder. In the process, I lost 18KGs of fat. Siddhant and I trained together for almost a year. Since I lived in Zambia he accompanied me and stayed with me for a whole year solely dedicating his focus and time towards me. The first day of our regime I weighed 105 kgs and today after a year I weigh 79kgs. These 26kgs drop was not easy and also would not have been possible without Siddhant. His knowledge and dedication in this field is unmatchable.
He prepared my workout and diet chart according to my weight and slowly and gradually when I started dropping the kilos he modified the workout and diet accordingly. He made sure that I had my meals on time , initially he made sure he was present when I had my meals and slowly and gradually when I got sincere and accustomed to the meal timings he started reducing his presence and instead use to inform me over the move. His move of doing so was solely to give me my space. I wont say it was easy as I had to balance my work and eating 6 times a day simentenousley. But because of his dedication and constant reminders about my meal timings it surely became much more relaxed than it should have been.
Other than meals I had a work out regime which was constructed by him wherein he had multiple programs to help me drop my weight. These regimes were also modified according to my body requirements. In the initial days he use to wake me up and then go for a run with me. Then post breakfast he use to go for a walk with me. Then in the evening we use to go to the gym and that work out was followed by a post dinner walk of 45 min.
Overall it was great experience training under him. I was desperate for this weight loss and Siddhant helped me achieve it. His dedication towards me was commendable. He use to come wake me up everyday at 7am to make sure I start my regime on time so the whole day of my meals take place on time. Another thing which I noticed with him was his punctuality. He is the most punctual guy I have ever met. For him 7 am meant 7 am and not a minute here and there. His punctuality led me to have my meals on exact timings suggested by him. He is a very fun loving guy to be with but when it comes to his work he is very dedicated and strict towards his clients. His one year with me also helped my other family embers to lose their weight as well

I can say I knew the wrong meaning of what gymming is. He used to explain each and every workout to me. What it is for, what part of the body will it affect, how much should I be doing. I wanted to loose weight desperately but sir did not do what I wanted... He did what should have been done. He kept patience and motivated me to keep patient. It had been 2 years of my wedding and there were all the happiness bulging out on my body. Those flabs were sinking my confidence when I looked in mirrors. I met Siddhant Sir with a thought to try his transformation program for 4 weeks. He convinced me to try his training. I was free to discontinue his training if I feel any kind of discomfort. Siddhant Sir knew how to motivate me. His enthusiasm boosted my dedication. I’d started feeling results just after 4 weeks which made me extend my training for 12 weeks instead of 4 weeks. It's some thing we cannot explain in words. Siddhant sir is an amazing person I know and I am glad I have got the opportunity to be a part of his team.
